All custom units are non-refundable but I will work to make sure you are satisfied should any issues arise. once again, all customized units are non-refundable due to the nature of the unit being made uniquely for you.

Construction time completion time is 3 - 14 days once the hair arrives. Turnaround time is based on workload and intricacy of the work you requested. You are more than welcome to email to get an estimated time prior to purchase.
